Job summary

Salute is seeking a Project Manager to provide clear direction on scope, organize project documents, and coordinate onsite testing and deliverables. You will be the glue holding the team together, promoting the Iconicx culture while ensuring profitability across projects.

The role involves significant travel (50-75% annually) to various job sites, including Phoenix, AZ, and other locations. You will lead meetings, forecast revenue, and manage reporting and invoicing processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management within commissioning or mission-critical environments.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting.
• General understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope of work and pricing.
• Coordinate all communication with client and project personnel.
• Develop manpower requirements for a project.
• Develop Cx plans.
• Plan timelines for deliverables and monitor progress.
• Organize project documents and maintain project folders.
