Job summary

MGAC is a global boutique consultancy seeking a Project Manager to lead Critical Environments projects, including data centers and hospitals, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with strong owner’s representative oversight.

You will independently manage projects, mentor teams, and drive risk management while collaborating with clients and A&E professionals to resolve issues and align with the client’s vision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction scheduling.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline.
• Minimum of 2+ years of P6 scheduling experience preferred.
• 2+ years of scheduling experience on critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while coordinating with other projects.
• Mentor and lead teams, managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Maintain client vision as a trusted partner.
