Mark G. Anderson Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Construction - Junior to Mid Project Manager (Cost) to join our Critical Environments team in Richmond, VA.

The role emphasizes ownership of challenging projects, cost management, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in construction project management, cost management experience, and experience with data centers or similar critical environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• 2+ years of construction cost management experience.
• 2+ years of experience on critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full scope of projects and components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams; manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Ensure alignment with client vision as a trusted partner.
