Job summary

MGAC, a global boutique consultancy, seeks a Mid to Senior Project Manager for Data Center Construction in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on ML rack deployment, low-voltage systems, and coordinating with IT teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver high-visibility data center projects.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction project management or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and a degree in construction or related discipline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management, data center infrastructure, or technical project delivery.
• Experience with ML/AI rack deployment, server integration, low-voltage systems, structured cabling, or data center construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead ML rack deployment, integration, and installation sequencing.
• Coordinate low-voltage installation activities including fiber/copper cabling and network connectivity.
• Track schedules, milestones, risks, action items, and deliverables as owner’s representative.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain alignment with owner requirements.
• Support quality control, testing, commissioning, and project turnover.
