Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking a Project Manager to deliver innovative data center design projects from concept through construction. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires guiding contract documents, coordinating with consultants, and mentoring junior staff while supporting proposals and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in architecture or interior design.
• PMP certification and licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate all phases of data center projects.
• Lead internal and external teams and manage project budgets and workplans.
• Develop and oversee contract documents and approvals.
• Maintain client contact and ensure high levels of service.
• Coordinate with contracts and consultants to ensure integrated delivery.
• Mentor junior project members and support proposals and fee coordination.
• Coordinate accounts and invoicing with finance teams.
