Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a motivated Project Manager to support the delivery of hyperscale data center infrastructure across North America. You will coordinate fiber installation, rack-and-stack, remediation, decommissioning, and data center builds while keeping projects on time and within budget.

The role requires 5–8 years in project management or related fields, excellent communication, and strong collaboration with vendors and customers. A competitive benefits package accompanies this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5–8 years of project management, service delivery, operations, data center, or related experience.
• Experience supporting infrastructure deployment projects, technology implementations, or data center activities.
• Strong understanding of project management principles: schedule, risk, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of data center infrastructure projects.
• Manage day-to-day project activities to meet schedules and requirements.
• Coordinate execution across internal teams, vendors, and field resources.
• Track milestones, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies; provide updates.
• Support customer communications with timely project updates and issue resolution.
• Maintain project documentation and reports for visibility into performance.
