Job summary

Chem-Aqua is seeking a Data Center Project Manager in Texas to lead complex data center projects from kickoff to closeout. You will develop schedules, monitor budgets, coordinate procurement, and ensure safety and quality on site.

This full-time role offers a competitive base plus bonus, benefits including health insurance and 401(k) match, and vehicle allowance. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in water treatment or industrial services and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in water treatment or industrial services.
• Exposure to data center environment preferred.
• Experience in business development or key account management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Oversee procurement, expediting, and delivery of long-lead equipment, including pumps, filtration systems, clarifiers, chemical feed systems, and electrical/control systems.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, review pay applications, and control change orders.
• Coordinate and manage local service teams with support from Chem Aqua leadership, conducting site visits for testing, installation, and chemical application activities.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and progress meetings to monitor safety, quality, and schedule performance.
