Job summary

E2 Optics is seeking a Project Manager in the Atlanta area to lead complex projects in data center environments. You will coordinate client interfaces, manage schedules, vendors, and budgets, and report progress to stakeholders. This role emphasizes safety, Lean practices, and cross-functional teamwork.

Candidates with PMP certification and 5+ years of project management in commercial or data center construction are preferred. Hybrid work arrangement with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor's preferred.
• Certified PMP preferred.
• Knowledge of BICSI standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Participates in RFP process and reviews plans and bid forms.
• Manages project scheduling to control costs and meet contract requirements.
• Manages subcontractor and vendor relationships and reports progress.
• Provides progress reports to the customer per contract.
• Coordinates QA/QC to meet client quality plan requirements.
• Tracks costs, schedule, and profitability and communicates with stakeholders.
• Coordinates with PE to complete change orders and project close-out activities.
• Drives continuous improvement and Lean initiatives on site.
• Overnight travel may be required.
