Job summary

HDR is seeking an Assistant Data Center Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams through the project lifecycle, from development through close-out, under supervision. The candidate will manage a small project or a component of a larger program while coordinating with PMs and leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role offers opportunities to develop client relationships, secure work from HDR’s global client base, and travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of related experience.
• Ability to interact with design teams and strong organizational, PM and communication skills.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across the project lifecycle under supervision.
• Manage small projects or components of larger projects.
• Coordinate workload to meet budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Accounting, and leadership for reviews.
• Perform other duties as needed.
