Job summary

The Beck Group, a leading integrated building firm with a Dallas headquarters, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the project team across preconstruction, procurement, contract administration and closeout. You will help coordinate schedules, budgets, pay applications and risk management while collaborating with design teams and trade partners.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction project or preconstruction roles; a relevant degree or equivalent experience is required,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant construction project or preconstruction experience
• Experience with construction technologies such as Excel, Procore, Revit is a plus
• College degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Support the project team on project management duties and responsibilities
• Develop accurate project schedules with Superintendent input
• Process monthly pay applications from trade partners
• Identify and mitigate risk throughout the project
• Assist in budget management through budget setup and change management
