• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM team with coordinating design and engineering for customers' processes and equipment.
• Support estimating, bidding, and subcontract procurement on projects.
• Coordinate scheduling of construction management activities.
• Develop and report project status to the customer; assist in proposals.
• Create and maintain project files, forms, and brochures.
• Organize files and correspondence for managers.
• Assist in coordinating bid packages and document releases.
• Take meeting minutes and assist in vendor relations.
• Contribute to safety program communications and enforcement.
• Other duties as assigned.
