Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Field Project Manager to lead installation, programming, startup/check-out, certification, and customer training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects. You will collaborate with the project team to ensure performance within budget and schedule, promoting Convergint's values and culture.

Travel to sites is expected to deliver results. You will oversee field teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and drive quality and customer

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service focus and accountability.
• Experience with building automation, fire alarm, or electronic security systems is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to job sites and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site management for successful, on-time completion within budget and scope.
• Supervises installers and subcontractors in the field and mentors teammates.
• Coordinates with project coordinators to update plans and budgets.
• Identifies scope changes and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensures installation quality per codes and company standards.
