CBRE is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Data Center Project Leader to guide a team through the design, construction, occupancy, and closeout of large data centers. The role requires collaboration with clients, development of scope and budgets, and management of multi-discipline teams in a hybrid work setting.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in design, construction, or mission critical environments, with experience in commercial real estate and handling demanding clients.
This Senior Project Manager, Data Center Project Leader will be responsible for leading a team, providing project management Owner's representative services in connection with the development of large data centres and other mission critical projects.
This is a hybrid role, the selected candidate will be required to report to the clients' offices or project offices as dictated by client's needs and project requirements.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $145,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $175,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
