Job summary

Overwatch is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead hyperscale data center buildouts. You will oversee daily site activities, manage schedules and budgets, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver milestones on time and to spec.

Candidates should have 5–10+ years in construction management, solid MEP system knowledge, OSHA 10 certification, and a proven track record leading on-site teams in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of construction management experience
• Experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects
• Strong understanding of MEP systems
• OSHA 10 certification or equivalent training
• Excellent communication and on-site leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities for hyperscale data center development.
• Ensure construction aligns with schedule, budget, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to meet milestones.
• Manage contractor performance and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Support schedule and cost tracking; review change orders and progress updates.
• Coordinate QA/QC and commissioning to meet design specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain strong on-site leadership and promote safety culture.
