Flatiron Construction Corp is seeking a Project Engineer to track cost data, monitor resources, and support scheduling for an Advanced Technology/data center project. You will work with engineering and field crews to review production, materials, and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery and financial accuracy.

The role requires a related bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of construction engineering experience, with strong cost accounting, contract knowledge, and ability to delegate tasks across the

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years construction engineering experience.
• Experience in cost accounting and resource monitoring.
• Knowledge of design-build or alternative delivery methods.
• Advanced knowledge of contract specs and QA.

Mansioni

• Meet with engineering and field crews to review production schedule and resources.
• Review shop drawings, specs, and material requirements.
• Provide technical input for project work plan and scheduling.
• Identify budget risks and schedule impacts.
• Track project performance and update weekly schedules.
• Manage RFIs and project communications.
• Oversee cost coding and invoicing with accounting.
• Review permits and JHAs for safety compliance.
