Qualifications

• 5+ years construction engineering experience.
• Experience in cost accounting, estimating, and resource monitoring.
• Knowledge of design-build and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Meet with engineering and field crews to review production schedule and confirm all materials, equipment and resources.
• Review shop drawings, design specifications, material requirements and project data.
• Provide technical input for project work plan and scheduling.
• Identify budget and schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track daily production, schedule and budget projections for performance reporting.
• Update project schedule weekly for owner and management reporting.
• Initiate and manage RFIs and ensure accurate project quantities and cost coding.
• Coordinate subcontractor work methods, schedule and crews as needed.
