You will manage the full lifecycle of CED projects, collaborating with technical teams, regulators, and external partners to ensure timely delivery and operational success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in project development or real estate within renewable energy or industrial construction.
• Knowledge of US regulatory frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop CED developments opportunities, assessing site suitability and connection availability.
• Assess the logistical ubication, to ensure the viability of the plant.
• Sign the necessary agreements to secure the Industrial land required for the proper development of the plant.
• Lead project management activities, including feasibility studies, permitting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Negotiate with landowners, regulatory agencies, and technical partners to secure all necessary project approvals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, suppliers, and business partners.

Independent Power Producer and Infrastructure company is looking for Project Developers for it's Data Center division. We develop Data Center infrastructure from origination or land acquisition until ready-to-build status.

As a Project Developer for Data Centers, you will play a crucial role in the development, planning, and execution of CED projects. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from site identification to final implementation, collaborating closely with technical teams, regulatory bodies, and external partners to ensure timely project delivery and operational success.

Your Main Responsibilities will be:

• Identify and develop CED developments opportunities, assessing site suitability and connection availability.
• Assess the logistical ubication, to ensure the viability of the plant.
• Sign the necessary agreements to secure the Industrial land required for the proper development of the plant.
