Embedded within the client's project management team, this PM serves as the primary contact for delivery, directing design execution, contract administration, and cross-functional coordination.

This role blends technical capability, leadership, contract management, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, with data centers or mission-critical infra.
• Proven ability to manage design execution, contracts, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing PM, directing design execution and scope.
• Manage contract administration, change control processes, and documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement, construction, and external partners for alignment.
• Develop and maintain project governance tools: baselines, schedules, risk logs, change trackers.
• Publish progress reports and maintain construction administration records.
