Job summary

Lithko Contracting, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator with Data Center experience to join our team in Georgia. You will develop accurate estimates and manage administrative details across a project, ensuring proposals, cost codes, and schedules are aligned with the client and project plan.

The role requires experience in Data Center construction, self-perform concrete work, and a degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
Data Center construction experience.
Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
Experience with a variety of project types with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial concrete.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Responsibilities

Prepare a detailed and accurate estimate for a potential project.
Identify and quantify necessary concrete scope items and contribute to project strategy.
Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
Set up the project including initial contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budget.
Create and communicate accurate project information to the team and stakeholders.
Develop the preliminary schedule for the project and log setups for MPOs and POs.
Collaborate with the Project Lead to develop an accurate project plan and ensure cost alignment.
Close out the project with detailed documentation and reporting.
