Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Scheduling Lead for the Critical Facilities-Data Centers division on a Nashville, TN project. You will lead development of comprehensive CPM-based schedules, monitor progress with stakeholders, and perform risk analyses.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction and at least 6 years of scheduling experience, with 100% travel. You will collaborate with Preconstruction, Procurement, and Construction teams, use Primavera P6 for baselines, align

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field with minimum 6 years of experience.
• Scheduling certification a plus.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of construction project schedules with stakeholders and team.
• Monitor progress and perform scheduling analysis to assess risks.
• Collaborate to confirm CIL and ROJ dates, review procurement schedules.
• Develop CPM-based baselines and detailed schedules with project departments.
• Coordinate with VDC engineers to align schedules and models.
• Define schedule metrics and monitor critical path activities.
• Lead constructability reviews and support GMP submissions.
• Maintain and update project schedule dashboards and look-ahead plans.
• Incorporate Last Planner System and Last Planner revisions.
• Identify schedule impacts from events and change orders.
• Provide training and answer user questions on scheduling software.
