Job summary

Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Special Projects team on new and ongoing construction. The role covers RFPs, design phases, design-build coordination, and commissioning, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

You will assist with vendor management, submittals, RFIs, and close-out activities while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a Project Engineer in Construction PM assisting or supervising projects of increasing complexity.
• Data Center, Owner’s Rep and/or General Contractor experience preferred.
• Proficient in CSA/MEP construction management.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, P6, Procore, Bluebeam).
• Up to 10% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Special Projects team and Sr. Project Manager across multiple construction projects.
• Coordinate vendor proposals, invoicing, and delivery of vendor deliverables.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, drawings, and safety reporting throughout construction.
