Job summary

Architecture Social in Dallas seeks a Project Architect for its data centres studio. You will own coordination of architectural and consultant documents, drive detailing, QA/QC, and mentor staff on the studio floor while presenting practical technical solutions that work in real-world construction.

Candidates should have 5+ years in commercial work, be proficient in Revit, and possess US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Architects with 5+ years in commercial work who have led teams on large projects.
• Able to take a drawing set from concept through CD and CA.
• Care about how things get built and how they get constructed.

Responsibilities

• Own coordination and integration of architectural and consultant documents.
• Drive detailing and QA/QC, help run schedules and fees.
• Mentor people on the studio floor and present technical solutions.
• Design and procurement move together here; early release packages are normal.
