Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, mission-critical data center projects for clients nationwide. This role focuses on managing scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across all phases of infrastructure delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience planning, managing, and delivering data center projects, including power delivery, water systems, networking, and civil site development,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing design/construction projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
• PMP certification required within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data center projects for major U.S. clients.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across project phases.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor and lead multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Oversee project controls, cost reporting and risk management.
• Ensure safety and quality standards across project lifecycle.
