Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Friday - Monday, 8:00pm–6:30am) in Lincoln, Nebraska.

You will supervise the warehouse team, ensure efficient daily operations, provide training, and coach performance while upholding our quality policy and GXO's 7S program. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment, and availability for overtime, weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned and unplanned overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
