Responsibilities

• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to supervisors and management.
• Ensure all training activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintain training records and documentation for audits and compliance.
• Support onboarding and cross-training to enhance workforce flexibility.
• Conduct assessments to ensure competency before release to production.
