Job summary

SLB New Energy & Industrial is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to support its Data Center infrastructure solutions business. The role involves supervising Assembly and Test Operators and monitoring direct functions within the manufacturing shop on day and night shifts.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring safety, providing equipment and prints, solving production issues, and driving continuous improvement through new work instructions and performance review discussions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in supervisory roles preferred.
• Experience working with assembly operations or related areas preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach employees in administrative and technical processes.
• Ensure the safety of employees.
• Ensure workers have the necessary equipment and prints to perform their duties.
• Resolve production issues and elevate those requiring management attention.
• Educate employees on quality standards and procedures.
• Develop work instructions and procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct performance reviews and career development discussions with direct reports.
• Apply Manufacturing System tools to drive continuous improvement where applicable.
