Job summary

Schlumberger Limited's SLB New Energy & Industrial division seeks a Production Lead for its Data Center infrastructure solutions. You will lead daily production activities, oversee piping, electrical and mechanical systems, and ensure quality and safety across projects.

The role requires 5+ years in piping, fabrication, or industrial maintenance, reading drawings and P&IDs, and SAP experience. You will mentor teammates and drive continuous improvement while complying with PPE and site standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Electrical certification, technical certification, or related degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in piping, structural fabrication, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or related technical environments.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical prints, and P&ID diagrams.
• Knowledge of pipe and conduit routing, installation, and maintenance practices.
• Experience assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment such as chillers, pumps, vessels, and other process equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in the use of hand tools, test equipment, tape measures, OD micrometers, and other measurement tools.
• Basic computer skills, including e-mail and standard business software applications.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with PPE.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily production activities with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Install, repair, test, and maintain piping and process systems including chilled water, steam, and condensate.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, P&IDs, and work instructions.
• Assemble, fabricate, and install pipe supports and mechanical components.
• Plan and troubleshoot electrical systems and control equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform safe repairs.
• Troubleshoot product, process, and equipment defects.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good order.
• Ensure quality documentation and compliance with standards.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and collaborate across teams.
