Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Product Manager for Data Center to lead market analysis, define product roadmaps, and champion data center coupling solutions. The role focuses on translating customer needs into strategic product requirements and coordinating with regional teams to align on promotions and supply chain plans.

Responsibilities include launching new features, ensuring quality and cost targets, and preparing materials for customer quotations and negotiations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, outside field sales, application or product engineering, or business development.
• Advanced Excel skills for sales data analysis and trend graphing, and strong PowerPoint skills for executive-ready presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical acumen paired with commercial savvy, a strategic mindset, and sound business intuition.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to lead through influence, with or without authority, and build global partnerships across levels and locations.
• Global work experience and perspective are a strength.
• Experience designing, specifying, or managing products for data centers and/or quick disconnect couplings is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Market Expertise: Build deep knowledge of the data center market by tracking industry indices and trends.
• Product Strategy: Translate customer needs, industry requirements, and trends into product roadmaps and requirements for new product development business cases.
• Product Champion: Promote Data Center Couplings in the market and partner with commercial team to engage key end customers.
• Launch & Delivery: Ensure feature, quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met. Prepare launch materials and document product specs, strategy, plans, and training needs.
• Commercial Support: Support top-line results for the product line, including organizational support for major customer orders, resolution of supply chain and production challenges, and preparation of quotations, bids, and negotiation documents.
• Global Alignment: Coordinate Regional Product Line Managers across all regions on promotion, pipeline development, product knowledge, and supply chain.
• Capacity Planning: Advise on the manufacturing capabilities, capacity, and footprint needed to support market growth and product mix forecasts.
