The Judge Group is seeking a Technical Leader for Data Center Cooling Products in Denver, CO. This role leads hose, couplings, and assemblies within liquid cooling and thermal management, partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to drive innovation and growth in hyperscale and data center markets.

The position requires deep engineering leadership, program management, and field collaboration, with a base salary range of $175,000 to $215,000 plus a 15% bonus.

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Data Center coupling solutions.
• Lead technical strategy and product development for liquid cooling and thermal management.
• Provide guidance to engineering teams on design, performance, materials, and integration.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to support innovation.
• Drive technical decision-making through the product lifecycle.
• Lead development of new products from concept to commercialization.
• Define specifications, requirements, performance criteria, and validation plans.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Manufacturing to meet customer needs.
• Support stage-gate development activities and ensure technical deliverables.
• Review designs for compliance with customer, regulatory and internal requirements.
• Act as primary technical interface for strategic customers and complex opportunities.
• Work with hyperscale customers, OEMs, system integrators, and colocation providers.
• Develop and oversee product validation, qualification, and reliability testing programs.
• Analyze performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support failure analysis investigations and corrective actions.
• Establish performance benchmarks and qualification standards for data center apps.
• Ensure products meet performance and quality requirements.
• Partner with Product Management to define roadmaps and tech strategies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing for successful launches.
• Provide technical training for commercial, customer service, and operations teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
