Job summary

Baseten is hiring a sourcing-focused professional to build and manage long-tail data center and powered land opportunities. You will own the full lifecycle from initial outreach to ongoing relationship management, developing partnerships with neoclouds, hyperscalers, brokers, and independent operators, while evaluating sites for fit and priority.

The role emphasizes relationship management over deal closure, with a focus on market intelligence and cost analysis in collaboration with Finance.

• Experience in neocloud, hyperscaler, or brokerage environments

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a map of data center and powered land opportunities
• Own the full sourcing lifecycle from outreach to ongoing management
• Develop sourcing relationships across neoclouds, hyperscalers, brokers, and independent operators
• Evaluate new sites quickly to determine fit and priority
• Prepare business cases and cost analyses with Finance support
• Maintain records of suppliers, contracts, and terms
• Protect Baseten's relationships with providers and maintain market intelligence
