Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Project Manager to plan, organize, and manage data center power generation projects. You will coordinate Clarke Energy engineering staff, subcontractors, and site personnel to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a degree in engineering or 7+ years in CH&P, with strong IT skills and knowledge of MS Project. This primarily remote position may require onsite work 2–3 days weekly within a 50-mile radius of a Rehlko site in the US.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 7 years in CH&P industry experience.
• Strong IT skills including MS Word, Excel, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage allocated data center power generation projects.
• Conduct site walks and leadership meetings to ensure safety and schedule alignment.
• Manage project performance against timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to keep project on track.
• Negotiate milestones and terms with client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality standards throughout projects.
