Job summary

Eaton seeks a Data Center Program Manager to lead national Data Center Services Project/Construction Managers. You will align operations, drive productivity, and ensure policy compliance while growing capabilities across divisions and districts.

The role requires 8+ years in electrical project management, 3+ years of people leadership, and travel up to 25%. A PMP certification is preferred; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of electrical industry experience in project/construction management, field services, field sales and/or marketing.
• 3+ years of manager of people experience.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide national leadership for Data Center Services Project/Construction Managers.
• Communicate the Strategic Accounts Operations vision across Eaton Services and Project Management organizations.
• Build relationships with District Operations Centers, Divisions, and Project Management teams to present a unified front and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and division policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Drive productivity and growth using EBE principles and digital tools.
• Support strategic goals for Strategic Accounts Operations.
• Attract, develop, and retain top-tier Project/Construction Managers who deliver value.
• Lead training and development initiatives to ensure high productivity and technical excellence.
