• Relocation to Golden, CO if non-local.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and technology development in future DC power systems and related domains.
• Develop control, protection, and resiliency strategies for DC and hybrid AC/DC systems.
• Lead government-funded and internal research projects.
• Collaborate with Eaton businesses, universities, national laboratories, and industry partners.
• Author patents, invention disclosures, technical reports, and publications.
• Present technical results to leadership, customers, and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and researchers.
