Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering preferred with focus on power electronics.
• Hands-on experience with high-power converter topologies and lab validation.
• Strong background in system-level optimization and lab testing.

Responsibilities

• Advance development and prototyping of high-power conversion platforms (kW→MW).
• Lead topology trade-offs, efficiency, thermal and EMI analyses.
• Perform hands-on lab bring-up, testing, and debugging of prototypes.
• Collaborate with global R&D teams to share findings.
