Job summary

Hyper Solutions Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Data Center Power & Cooling in Richmond, VA.

You will lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for prefabricated data center infrastructure focused on power distribution and cooling systems. You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to translate customer requirements into scalable, factory-built platforms, guiding cross-functional teams through NPI and product launches while ensuring regulatory compliance and field

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management or related technical leadership roles in data center infrastructure.
• Experience leading hardware products through full lifecycle including NPI.
• Strong understanding of data center power, cooling, and modular infrastructure.
• Ability to read diagrams, layouts, and equipment specs.
• Proven cross-functional leadership without direct authority.
• Business acumen balancing customer needs with technical and commercial constraints.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for data center power and cooling solutions.
• Translate market and customer needs into product definitions, architectures, and scalable platforms.
• Lead development of modular infrastructure to improve deployment speed and reliability.
• Act as product owner for integrated power and cooling solutions balancing performance and cost.
• Drive NPI activities from concept to launch with design reviews and validation planning.
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sales.
• Define serviceability and field-support strategies for deployed infra.
• Support certification strategies with Engineering and Compliance teams.
• Identify new market opportunities and product enhancements with Sales and Solutions teams.
