Job summary

You will coordinate with engineering for validation on high-density power and reliability, while guiding FAT, SOPs, and quality systems. You will lead cross-functional teams, own programs end-to-end, and travel to partner sites as required, contributing to our data center-focused product portfolio and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
• 5+ years in electrical testing, validation, or quality engineering.
• Experience leading labs, compliance programs, or test teams strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee UL, NPD, and production testing programs across all product lines.
• Manage operation and compliance of the Hyper Hub Testing Lab in Richmond.
• Develop processes with manufacturing partners to ensure testing standards are met.
• Partner with Engineering on validation for high-density power, redundancy, and reliability.
• Create FAT plans, execution, and reporting; work with Quality on SOPs and audits.
• Lead and mentor Testing/Quality Technicians; travel to partner sites and customers as needed.
