Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Data Center Portfolio Lead in San Francisco to manage the portfolio across sites, partners, and milestones toward operational readiness. You will define stage gates, cadence, and tooling for a true program rather than case-by-case execution.

In this highly cross-functional role, you will collaborate with site selection, energy, supply chain, engineering, and delivery teams, while building AI-driven tooling to automate portfolio updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; related field preferred.
• Experience with data center infrastructure and capital projects is valued.
• Structured, milestone-driven planning and governance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio status, milestones, decisions taken, open items, and risks.
• Lead portfolio reviews to align supply, decisions needed, and downstream impacts.
• Architect and run the stage-gate framework for site progression from negotiation to operations.
• Coordinate with planning and design teams on chip allocation ahead of deadlines.
• Serve as primary liaison between strategic partners and internal stakeholders to hit milestones.
• Develop AI-driven tooling and data pipelines to automate portfolio updates.
