Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a Manager, Physical Security Engineering to lead the AMER Leased/Owned data center security design program.

You will guide a team of engineers across pre-design through construction, setting technical direction and ensuring compliance with AWS security standards. The role requires deep CPTED, HVM, PIDS expertise and strong vendor management, with collaboration across Real Estate, Security, and Design teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Experience leading engineering teams and multi-project programs.
• Knowledge of CPTED, HVM, PIDS, and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead security design for Leased/Owned data center projects across AMER.
• Set technical direction, ensure QA/QC, and manage external consultants.
• Develop and communicate security design requirements to partners.
