Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple permit timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and submission of permit applications for land use, zoning, building, and environmental approvals.
• Coordinate with government agencies, planning departments, and regulatory bodies throughout the permitting process.
• Track permit applications, timelines, and compliance requirements; monitor progress.
• Assist in developing permitting strategies and timelines; prepare presentations for planning boards.
