Job summary

Equinix, the world's leading data center and interconnection solutions provider, seeks a Data Center Expense Advisor in Dallas to support purchasing operations and financial controls for country/region expenses. You will help manage procure-to-pay cycles, create requisitions, and ensure alignment with budgets.

Responsibilities include monitoring PO quality, resolving invoice issues, and delivering commitment reports to Data Center teams while collaborating with Accounts Payable and finance

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Finance or Accounting background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procure to Pay Process
• Creates Purchase Requisitions for country/region expenses within a limited scope
• Monitors purchase order quality and provides KPI reporting to improve process
• Works with requestors to ensure POs are receipted correctly and timely
• Updates commitment values vs. POs and budgets with Ops Finance/GL
• Ensures compliance of Purchase Requests, contracts/legal approvals, and bid processes
• Liaises with vendor/invoices to resolve billing issues
• Provides PO commitment reporting to Data Center teams
