Job summary

Equinix, the world’s leading provider of data center and interconnection solutions, is seeking a Data Center Expense Advisor to support purchasing operations and financial processes. You will create POs, monitor commitments, and collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice issues.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2 years of related experience, and preferably a finance or accounting background. Roles span multiple US regions with competitive base pay.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Finance or accounting background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates purchase requisitions for country/region expenses within a limited scope.
• Monitors PO quality and provides KPI reporting to improve processes.
• Works with requestors to ensure POs are receipted correctly and timely.
• Updates commitment values vs. POs; collaborates with Ops Finance/GL on budget commitments.
• Ensures compliance of purchase requests with approvals and accounting codes.
