Job summary

Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a Project Manager to join our Owner's Rep team. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and directing data center construction projects, liaising with design managers, clients, consultants, contractors and equipment vendors.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of PM experience, 2+ years in data center construction, and strong knowledge of MEP systems, budgeting and scheduling. We offer comprehensive benefits and a path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of data center construction experience.
• General contracting or architecture experience preferred.
• Familiarity with construction scheduling, budgeting and cost controls.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale construction projects including site development, ground-up build-outs and data center fit-outs.
• Coordinate with design managers, clients, consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Review budgets and schedules for content, quality and adherence to goals.
• Lead budget and schedule reviews with the construction team.
• Communicate objectives, requirements and budgets with clients and leadership.
• Create and maintain project budgets and schedules across multiple sites.
