Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in supervising teams and driving maintenance programs.
• Able to perform quantitative calculations and interpret data.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and inspect work by engineering staff; ensure equipment is functional and client spaces are in prime condition.
• Review monthly service summaries to identify recurring issues and drive improvements.
• Formulate and implement preventative maintenance programs for building systems.
• Inspect fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operations meet design specs.
• Estimate times/materials for repairs; manage inventory and materials.
• Assist team with complex repairs, emergencies, and preventive maintenance.
• Coach team members to deepen knowledge across disciplines.
