Clean Harbors is looking for an Operations Manager to join our new data center services team. This role leads field operations for data center construction, mechanical support, commissioning, and industrial cleaning, ensuring safety, schedule, and compliance.

You will manage operations at the branch, coordinate resources, monitor KPI's, and ensure adherence to company policies. Travel 50% and a bachelor's degree are required; 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in data center operations or related fields.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Manage and coordinate the efforts and Health and Safety oversite of Clean Harbors/HPC employees.
• Ensure utilization of all equipment and manpower is maximized.
• Develop, monitor and measure against operational and financial KPI's.
• Establish processes to measure performance of all personnel to continuously improve performance levels.
• Ensure infrastructure and employees are equipped to conduct business efficiently and are able to perform well in their jobs.
• Develop and ensure compliance with all company and customer policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
