Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our new data center services team. This role will oversee field operations for data center construction, mechanical support, commissioning, water filtration, and industrial cleaning, ensuring safety, timely delivery, and full compliance.

Responsibilities include managing operations at the branch, aligning with KPI targets, and coordinating health and safety across personnel and equipment. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related required.
• 5–7 years' relevant experience in chemical cleaning, water filtration or special mechanical.
• Ability to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Manage and coordinate the efforts and Health and Safety oversite of Clean Harbors/HPC employees.
• Ensure utilization of all equipment and manpower is maximized.
• Develop, monitor and measure against operational and financial KPI's.
• Establish processes to measure performance of all personnel to continuously improve performance levels.
• Ensure infrastructure and employees are equipped to conduct business efficiently and are able to perform well in their jobs.
• Develop and ensure compliance with all company and customer policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned
