Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor and perform preventive maintenance of building systems to ensure 100% uptime.
• Respond to incidents, analyze causes and take corrective action.
• Record readings and adjust operations for optimal performance.
• Handle work orders, CMMS, vendor management and customer-facing tickets.
