You will focus on high-end IT support for data center and user systems, handling complex inquiries and physical installation methods using expert skills. This role is contract-to-hire and onsite in Rochester.

Qualifications

• Experience managing changes to data center infrastructure with focus on minimizing disruption.
• Operational management experience for data center infrastructure and performance.
• Knowledge of asset management and service automation in data centers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead and coach during emergencies, maintenances, and incidents.
• Provide second/third level server administration and expert support for data center systems.
