Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Critical Facilities Operations to lead Data Centre Technicians and Facilities Technicians on the swing shift (Mon-Fri 1:00pm-10:00pm).

The role focuses on maximizing uptime, safety, and operational efficiency across electrical and mechanical systems. You will guide the CFOps team, manage budgets and staffing, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to NFPA, NEC, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or similar field required.
• Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems design, installation, commissioning and operation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Data Centre Technicians and Facilities Technicians.
• Ensures data centre uptime and safety per codes and standards.
• Manages shift assignments, timekeeping, and PTO approvals.
• Develops and reviews MOPs/SOPs/SMPs; ensures thorough execution.
• Trains teams on systems, procedures, and safety protocols.
