Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. seeks a Data Center Technician to maintain critical systems in a live data center environment. You will monitor electrical, mechanical, and fire life safety systems and coordinate repairs to maximize uptime.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with HVAC, chillers, UPS, generators, BMS/PLC controls, and safety standards. This on-site role requires shift flexibility and strong teamwork to support customers and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with data center mechanical, electrical and fire life safety systems.
• Knowledge of NEC/NFPA standards and building codes for life safety.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams and technical orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and ensures regulatory compliance of critical facilities systems.
• Responds to abnormal conditions and coordinates with contractors.
• Performs preventive and predictive maintenance per schedule.
• Analyzes operating conditions to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Documents activities and communicates with internal stakeholders.
