Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking an experienced operations leader to supervise Data Center Technicians and Facilities Technicians, maintain high uptime, and ensure safety compliance.

The role emphasizes training, workflow planning, and coordination with CFOps to meet budgets and SLAs. On-site position requiring strong electrical/mechanical expertise, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced data center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent with 5–6 years in mechanical/electrical roles in critical facilities.
• Experience leading foremen/lead technicians in high‑safety environments preferred.
• Certification in electrical safety and CPR/First Aid is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Data Center Technicians and Facilities Technicians; ensure maximum uptime per SLA.
• Plan and assign daily operations, maintenance, and safety tasks; monitor budget and staffing.
• Develop and review SOPs/MOPs; train staff on equipment, PMs, QA, and CFOps procedures.
